No, it’s the warning on tubes of popular toothpastes! I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to brush my teeth with a poison! We also know that absorption in the mouth is several times more efficient than through the stomach. I know everyone reading this wants to protect their health so please read your toothpaste labels. If it says this then check out a natural brand.

The Home Business Wave Of The Future - Network Marketing

The increasing popularity of having a home based business is the latest mega trend sweeping across the world. It is estimated that 5 new home based businesses are started every minute. An interesting fact is that the majority of these businesses involve Network Marketing.

It may surprise some people to learn how popular network marketing really is, lets just look at a few figures. Network marketing is already well over a $100 billion a year industry and it is one of the top three fastest growing industries the world has ever seen, predictions indicate that it may soon move into the being the worlds fastest growing industry.

On a world wide scale the industry boasts 25 million participants in over 125 countries with a consistent growth rate of 10% every year. So what we are seeing is that approximately 150,000 people worldwide are getting involved with Network Marketing every single week. That translates into 21,400 people every single day.

In the U.S. there are almost 8 million people involved which is about 2% of the population. Likewise the countries of Canada and Australia report 2% involved. In Japan approximately 50% of consumable products are sold using the network marketing business model.

There is a growing list of well known companies who distribute their products or services through network marketing. Among them are Coca Cola, Microsoft, AT&T, General Electric, Citibank, IBM, Motorola, and Toyota along with many others.

Even though the Network marketing industry has its critics, it will continue to grow and flourish for the simple fact that it is a very effective marketing strategy and it works. According to Success Magazine, “it is the most powerful way of reaching consumer’s in the 90’s and beyond”. Using this business model, a manufacturer or company is able to cut out the middle men and effectively get their products to the customer for a fraction of the cost of setting up, running and maintaining a traditional business model. With all this money saved by the company a compensation plan is able to be put in place to pay their unsalaried independent distributors.

Through Network Marketing anyone regardless of having any previous business experience or not can easily and affordably establish a profitable, and often global wide, marketing business right out of their own home. This system allows anyone to easily achieve financial freedom from ongoing residual income, something that just doesn’t happen through working a regular 9 to 5 job as an employee.

No other industry, career, profession, or investment strategy has created more millionaires than network marketing. It is also one of the highest paid professions in the world. This industry has the respect of some of the most successful business people and entrepreneurs, many of whom have used networking as one of their means of building their huge fortunes. On one of his appearances on the David Letterman show, Donald Trump was asked what he would do if he lost everything and had to start over. In reply to this question, Donald said he would find a good network marketing program and get to work. This caused some negative remarks from the audience , but in reply he went on to simply state “I guess that’s why I’m sitting up here and you are all sitting out there:”

When you think about it, everyone of us is already an expert network marketer. How is that? Well think about it. How many times have you recommended a movie that you thought was really good to someone else? Have you ever told other people about a new restaurant, your favorite store, or a certain product that you know about and have tried. Have you ever had some one you know recommended something to you? Of course, people, all of us, network with our personal contacts every day, without giving it a second thought, and we are not even getting paid for all our advertising. Maybe its time to stop doing this for free, find a company you like and start getting paid every month.

The time to position yourself to take advantage of this growing business trend is now. It is clear to see from the current growth rate, network marketing will continue to become more and more the business opportunity of choice.

Dena Rosvold
